Billing & Insurance
At b2 Care we offer up-front pricing when you pay at the time of service. All locations accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment must be made at time of visit. b2 MicroCare will bill your insurance—please bring your insurance card with you and be ready to pay your co-pay if you have one.
Depending on the type of insurance that you have, it might be more cost effective to take advantage of our upfront pricing and then submit that payment to your insurance provider to apply the cost towards your deductible. If we bill directly to insurance, we are obligated to bill your insurance company their negotiated rate which is typically higher than the cash pay price. If you have a high deductible plan, your insurance company will just pass this payment on to you if your deductible has not yet been met. We are happy to explain your options and help you select the best one at your time of care.
